The slag discharge machine is mainly used for removing furnace slag. It consists of a transmission device, trough body, scraper, chain, etc. It is a continuous working conveying device. It can be used as a single unit or multiple units in series, maximizing the reduction of labor intensity. This machine is an open water-sealed slag discharge machine. It can also be used for transporting granular and powdery industrial materials with a diameter of 80mm or less. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical, coal, refractory materials, and other industries.
Transmission Type
When viewed from the head direction of the slag discharge machine, when the transmission device is on the right side, it is a right-side transmission device; when on the left side, it is a left-side transmission device. The reducer generally uses a planetary cycloidal pinwheel reducer. This machine is divided into upper return chain type slag discharge machine and lower return chain type slag discharge machine. The upper return chain type slag discharge machine uses steel trough body and cement trough body. The lower return chain type slag discharge machine uses steel trough body.
