Product Overview
The large angle belt conveyor uses a conveyor belt with corrugated sidewalls and transverse partitions. It is suitable for continuous conveying of bulk materials at an inclination angle of 0° to 90° (70° or less is optimal). It features simple structure, small footprint, ability to meet large-angle layout requirements, and easy installation and maintenance. It operates smoothly and reliably, with large conveying capacity and no damaging impact on materials. It is widely used in coal, grain, building materials, construction, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, and light industries. It can convey various bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5 t/m³ within an ambient temperature range of -25°C to 40°C. The large angle belt conveyor mainly consists of a discharge hopper, head frame, conveyor belt, convex arc section, intermediate frame, idlers, concave arc section frame, guide chute, cleaner, tensioning device, tail frame, drive unit, backstop, etc. Currently, our company has newly launched an upgraded fully enclosed box-type large angle belt conveyor, significantly improving environmental sealing performance. This design completely solves the common problems of material leakage and fly ash pollution in traditional equipment, greatly improving the working environment and helping enterprises achieve green and clean production.
