Product Overview
The scale plate conveyor is a general-purpose fixed continuous conveying device. It uses a circulating chain or roller as the traction component and steel plates as the carrying trough body. It can be used for conveying large quantities of bulk materials and single heavy objects. It has large traction force, good trough plate rigidity, and impact resistance. It is suitable for conveying large block materials or finished products such as hot, large particle size, highly abrasive, and heavy castings and forgings. It can horizontally or inclinedly convey various bulk materials and finished products, and can also be used for conveying finished products on assembly lines. It can also convey high-temperature materials at around 600°C. The scale plate conveyor features compact structure, smooth operation, low failure rate, large carrying capacity, and a wide range of speed options (variable frequency controlled operating speed). It is widely used in chemical, machinery, metallurgy, coal, mining, electric power, casting, automotive manufacturing, cement, waste treatment, and other industries.
