Product Overview

The coal feeding system (coal conveying system) auxiliary equipment manufactured by Tongxin Vibrating Machinery mainly includes crushers, vibrating screens, belt conveyors, large‑angle belt conveyors, coal feeders, vibrating feeders, star‑type dischargers (rigid impeller feeders), storage bins, bin wall vibrators, slide gate valves, and other equipment.

The task of the coal feeding system (coal conveying system) is to transport raw coal from the coal hopper in the dry coal bunker, through a belt feeder, via 1# belt to 2# belt. The 2# belt delivers the coal to a circular vibrating screen. Coal particles of 0‑10 mm passing through the screen fall directly onto 3# belt, while coal chunks larger than 10 mm enter the crusher. The crusher breaks the oversized coal into 0–10 mm particles, which then fall onto 3# belt. A stand‑alone baghouse dust collector above the crusher collects the coal dust generated during crushing and sends it to 3# belt. The 3# belt then conveys the coal to 4# belt in the boiler house coal bunker, and the electric‑driven 4# belt transports it to the raw coal bunker.

To meet boiler operation requirements, an electromagnetic separator is installed at the tail of 2# belt to remove iron filings from the coal. The system is also equipped with stand‑alone dust collectors, a circular vibrating screen, fire‑fighting water systems, and other safety facilities. Two belt feeders are used to evenly feed coal from the underground coal hopper to 1# belt. These feeders are compact, easy to install and maintain. A grizzly screen is installed above the feeder hopper to adjust the particle size of the feed coal.

One crusher is selected, suitable for materials with compressive strength ≤80–100 MPa, such as coal, coal gangue, slag, shale, coke, etc. It has no special requirements regarding moisture or viscosity of the feed material. This crusher is used in the coal feeding system (coal conveying system) for crushing the coal on 2# belt, with a discharge particle size guaranteed below 10 mm, ensuring the coal fineness meets boiler combustion requirements. A circular vibrating screen is installed ahead of the crusher to reduce the crusher load and extend its service life. This system features high screening efficiency, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.

Safety Precautions

  • The coal conveying belt, belt feeder, and crusher in the coal feeding system (coal conveying system) are all rotating equipment. Exercise caution during inspection tours to avoid injury!
  • Coal dust on site is flammable and explosive. Open flames are strictly prohibited!
  • The site may have severe dust. Start the dust collector before operation and ensure adequate ventilation!
  • Equip the system with sufficient fire‑fighting equipment and protective supplies. Maintain proper lighting and ensure emergency exit signs are clearly visible!
  • Before any equipment maintenance, always shut down the machine, disconnect power, and post warning signs to ensure safety!
  • Personnel assigned to the coal feeding system must carefully study the product operation manual and strictly comply with all provisions!
