The hammer crusher is suitable for crushing a wide range of brittle materials. Its main working component is a rotor equipped with hammers, also known as hammer heads. Typical materials include coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, limestone, and other similar materials. The compressive strength of the materials should not exceed 100 MPa, and the moisture content should not exceed 15%.

The hammer crusher features a simple structure, a high crushing ratio, and high production efficiency. The gap between the grate bars can be adjusted according to customer requirements to control the discharge particle size and meet different processing needs.

The hammer crusher offers a high crushing ratio (generally 10–25 and up to 50), high production capacity, uniform product size, minimal over-crushing, low energy consumption per unit of product, a simple structure, lightweight construction, and easy operation and maintenance.

The hammer crusher series is suitable for crushing various medium-hard and brittle materials, including limestone, coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, alum, bricks, tiles, coal gangue, and other similar materials. The compressive strength of the materials to be crushed should not exceed 150 MPa.

The machine is widely used in industries such as cement production, coal preparation, power generation, building materials, and compound fertilizer production. It can crush raw materials of different sizes into uniformly sized particles, facilitating subsequent processing. The machine features a reliable mechanical structure, high production efficiency, and broad applicability.
