Product Overview
K Series Reciprocating Coal Feeders are designed for feeding coal and other free-flowing granular materials with low abrasiveness and low cohesiveness. They continuously and uniformly discharge materials from storage bins or receiving pits onto conveying equipment or other screening equipment.
These feeders are widely used for bulk material handling and transfer in mines, coal mines, coal preparation plants, transfer stations, coal handling facilities, and bulk cargo terminals. Materials can be uniformly discharged from storage bins, or fed directly, onto belt conveyors, screening equipment, storage systems, and other downstream equipment. They are suitable for the controlled and uniform feeding of bulk materials such as ore, sand, coal, and grain.
The feeder body is installed beneath the hopper, with the drive unit mounted in a suspended configuration. According to feeding capacity, the feeder is available in several models, including K0, K1, K2, K3, and K4.
K Series Reciprocating Coal Feeders are particularly suitable for coal mines and coal preparation plants, where they uniformly discharge coal from coal bunkers onto conveyors, screening equipment, storage systems, or other downstream equipment.
