Product Overview

The linear vibrating screen is a medium- and fine-screening machine featuring a linear motion trajectory. The series is available in a variety of specifications, including light-duty and heavy-duty models, and offers high processing capacity and screening efficiency. Driven by vibrating motors, the screen causes materials to move forward across the screen surface in a linear, bouncing motion. Material is fed evenly into the inlet by the feeder and passes through multiple screen decks, where it is separated into different size fractions. Oversize and undersize materials are then discharged through their respective outlets.

Linear vibrating screens manufactured by Tongxin Vibration Machinery are available in a variety of materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel, to meet the screening requirements of different materials. They can be configured with a single deck for impurity removal (single-deck linear vibrating screen) or with multiple decks for material grading (multi-deck linear vibrating screen). A single machine can separate material into up to six different fractions in one pass, providing multiple screening functions in one unit.

This series can also be used for liquid filtration and screening, particularly in wastewater treatment applications, as well as for screening relatively coarse coal-based materials. When handling larger or heavier materials, the screen body may need to be reinforced, higher-power vibrating motors may be required, and perforated screen plates may be used in place of standard screen mesh. Main Features

The linear vibrating screen features high screening accuracy, fully enclosed and dust-free operation, low noise, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and long screen service life. It can be configured with either a single deck or multiple decks, and the screen mesh can be replaced quickly and easily. Screen materials can also be selected according to specific application requirements. The screen frame is generally made of wood; however, for applications requiring larger screen openings and higher capacities, a steel frame can be used. When screening corrosive materials, all material-contact parts can be manufactured from stainless steel. Vibrating motors can be installed either beneath the screen or on the sides.

Applicable Industries

The linear vibrating screen is suitable for screening non-sticky dry materials with particle sizes ranging from 0.74 to 10 mm and a moisture content below 7%. It is widely used for screening dry powders, fine granules, and fine powdered materials in industries such as abrasives, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, resin powders, ceramic raw materials, metallurgy, building materials, grain processing, and fertilizers.

• Chemical Industry: fertilizers, urea, petroleum coke, resins, coatings, cosmetics, paints, etc.
• Pharmaceutical Industry: pharmaceutical products, traditional Chinese medicine powders, granular medicines, pellets, etc.
• Food Industry: soybeans, chestnuts, mini steamed buns, spices, powdered sugar, starch, salt, rice flour, milk powder, soy milk, egg powder, soy sauce, fruit juice, etc.
• Metallurgical and Mining Industries: aluminum powder, lead powder, copper powder, ores, alloy powders, welding electrode powder, manganese dioxide, electrolytic copper powder, magnetic materials, grinding powders, refractory materials, kaolin, lime, alumina, calcium carbonate, quartz sand, metal powders, and other mining and metallurgical materials.
• Other Industries: plastics, abrasives, waste oil, wastewater, dyeing and finishing wastewater, papermaking, additives, activated carbon, carbon materials, building materials, etc.
