The linear vibrating screen is a medium- and fine-screening equipment with a linear motion trajectory. The full series includes light-duty and heavy-duty models with various specifications, offering large processing capacity and high screening efficiency. This vibrating screen operates on the principle of vibration excitation generated by vibrating motors, causing material to move in a jumping linear motion across the screen surface. Material is evenly fed into the feed inlet from the feeder, passes through multiple screen layers, and produces oversize and undersize fractions of various specifications, which are discharged from their respective outlets. Tongxin Vibrating Machinery offers linear screens in a variety of materials, such as carbon steel and stainless steel, to meet different material screening requirements. They can be used for single‑layer impurity removal (single‑deck linear vibrating screen) or multi‑layer classification (multi‑deck linear vibrating screen), capable of separating up to six different materials in one pass, achieving multiple functions with a single machine. This series can also be used for liquid filtration screening, mostly in wastewater treatment, and for screening larger particle materials such as coal powder. When handling larger materials, the screen body thickness and motor power need to be increased, and perforated screen plates can be used as screening media. Main Features

The linear vibrating screen offers high screening accuracy, fully enclosed operation to prevent pollution, low noise, low energy consumption, easy maintenance, and long screen service life. It can be used with single or multiple decks, and screen replacement is quick and convenient. The screen mesh material can be selected according to user requirements. The screen frame is generally made of wood; for larger openings and higher throughput, it can be made of steel. For corrosive materials, the parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel. The motor can be installed in a bottom‑mounted or side‑mounted configuration.

Applicable Industries

The linear vibrating screen is suitable for screening dry materials with a particle size of 0.74–10 mm, moisture content below 7%, and no stickiness. It is primarily used in the screening of dry powders, fine granules, or micro‑powders in industries such as abrasives, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, resin powders, ceramic raw materials, metallurgy, building materials, grain, and fertilizers.

• Chemical industry: fertilizers, urea, petroleum coke, resins, coatings, cosmetics, paints, etc.
• Pharmaceutical industry: industrial drugs, traditional Chinese medicine powders, granules, pellets, etc.
• Food industry: soybeans, chestnuts, mini buns, spices, powdered sugar, starch, salt, rice flour, milk powder, soy milk, egg powder, soy sauce, fruit juices, etc.
• Metallurgical industry: aluminum powder, lead powder, copper powder, ores, alloy powders, electrode powder, manganese dioxide, electrolytic copper powder, electromagnetic materials, abrasive powders, refractories, kaolin, lime, alumina, calcium carbonate, quartz sand, metal powder industry, mining, etc.
