Product Overview

Mining vibrating screens are mainly used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electric power, and chemical industries. They are common screening equipment under blast furnace troughs, in coking plants, and in beneficiation plants. They are suitable for high‑efficiency screening of sinter, natural ore, coke, and other granular materials. The mining vibrating screen series adopts advanced technologies such as vibrating motors as the excitation source, rubber composite spring vibration isolation, high‑wear‑resistant screen plates / polyurethane screen plates, sealed screen boxes, and advanced self‑synchronizing vibration principles. These screens feature long service life, low noise, and high screening efficiency, making them suitable for screening sinter, natural ore, coke, and other powdered materials.

Working Principle and Structure

The screen box relies on two vibrating motors rotating in opposite directions in self‑synchronization, causing the entire screen machine supported on vibration isolators to perform linear vibration. Material falls into the screen box from the feed end and then moves forward rapidly, loosens, and passes through the screen to complete the screening operation.
This machine consists of a screen box, vibrating motors, a vibration isolation system, and a base frame.
The screen box is composed of a screen frame, screen plates, and liners.
The vibrating motors are high‑performance, long‑life units used as the excitation source. By adjusting the excitation force of the vibrating motors, the amplitude of the screen can be changed.
The vibration isolation system consists of rubber springs, clamps, and support bases.
The base frame consists of a hopper and a chassis. The vibrating motors in this series can be installed in either a top‑mounted or bottom‑mounted configuration.
