Product Overview
Mining vibrating screens are widely used in the metallurgical, mining, coal, building materials, power, and chemical industries. They are commonly used for screening applications beneath blast-furnace bins, in coking plants, and in mineral processing plants. They are suitable for the efficient screening of sintered ore, natural ore, coke, and other granular materials.
The mining vibrating screen series uses vibration motors as the excitation source and incorporates advanced technologies such as rubber composite spring vibration isolation, highly wear-resistant screen panels or polyurethane screen panels, and a sealed screen box. Combined with an advanced self-synchronous vibration principle, the equipment offers a long service life, low operating noise, and high screening efficiency. It is suitable for screening sintered ore, natural ore, coke, and other granular or powdery materials.
Working Principle
Two vibration motors rotate synchronously in opposite directions, causing the entire screening machine, which is supported by vibration isolators, to generate linear vibration. After entering the screen box through the feed inlet, the material is rapidly conveyed forward, loosened, and passed through the screen surface under the action of vibration, thereby completing the screening process.
The machine mainly consists of a screen box, vibration motors, a vibration isolation system, and a supporting frame.

High-performance, long-service-life vibration motors are used as the excitation source. The vibration amplitude of the screen can be adjusted by changing the excitation force of the vibration motors.

The vibration motors of this series can be mounted either above or below the screen body, while the vibration isolators can be configured for either floor-mounted or suspended installation.
