Product Overview
Mining vibrating screens are mainly used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, electric power, and chemical industries. They are common screening equipment under blast furnace troughs, in coking plants, and in beneficiation plants. They are suitable for high‑efficiency screening of sinter, natural ore, coke, and other granular materials. Working Principle and Structure
The screen box relies on two vibrating motors rotating in opposite directions in self‑synchronization, causing the entire screen machine supported on vibration isolators to perform linear vibration. Material falls into the screen box from the feed end and then moves forward rapidly, loosens, and passes through the screen to complete the screening operation.
