Product Overview
The NSE series high-speed plate chain bucket elevator is widely used for lifting powdery and small granular materials. It is available in six basic models: NSE100, NSE200, NSE300, NSE400, NSE500, and NSE600. Each model offers different lifting speeds depending on the material being conveyed.
Features
- Large conveying capacity and wide lifting range – Capacity ranges from 100 to 1,000 m³/h. Suitable for general powders, small granules, and even highly abrasive materials, with a material temperature requirement below 200°C.
- Low drive power consumption – Adopts inflow feeding, induced discharge, and densely arranged large-capacity buckets. Almost no backflow or scooping occurs during lifting, saving up to 30% power compared to ring chain elevators.
- Long service life – Inflow feeding eliminates the need for scooping, reducing extrusion and collision between materials. The design minimizes spillage during feeding, lifting, and discharge, reducing mechanical wear. The high-strength wear-resistant plate chain extends the service life of both the chain and buckets.
- Good sealing and low environmental pollution – Advanced design and processing methods ensure reliable operation.
- High structural rigidity and precision – Easy operation and maintenance, few wear parts, and low overall cost.
Structural Components
- The NSE plate chain bucket elevator consists of operating components, a drive unit, an upper section, an intermediate casing, and a lower section.
- Operating components – Composed of buckets and sleeve roller chains.
- Drive unit – Includes a drive platform, drive assembly, and transmission chain. Two drive assembly types are available:
① Chain drive – Typically consists of a ZSY hardened gear reducer (or JZQ reducer), YOX fluid coupling, Y-series motor, XWD reducer, and electromagnetic (or manual) clutch.
② Direct drive – Uses a right-angle shaft hardened gear reducer directly connected to the elevator main shaft, with a coupling between the Y-series motor and the reducer. - The drive unit can be left-hand or right-hand mounted, corresponding to the elevator’s configuration.
- Left-hand mounting: When facing the inlet, the drive unit is on the left.
- Right-hand mounting: When facing the inlet, the drive unit is on the right.
- Upper section – Includes the upper casing, top cover, discharge opening (with anti-spillage plate), head shaft assembly, backstop, etc.
- Intermediate casing – Includes support sections connected to the upper section, sections with inspection doors, standard sections (all 3.0 m high), and non-standard sections.
- Lower section – Includes the lower casing, feed inlet, tail shaft assembly, tensioning device, with optional rotation monitor and level switch.
