NSE Series High-Speed Plate-Chain Bucket Elevators are widely used for the vertical conveying of powdered and fine granular materials. The series is available in six basic models: NSE100, NSE200, NSE300, NSE400, NSE500, and NSE600. Different operating speeds can be selected for each model according to the characteristics of the material being conveyed.

Features

1. High conveying capacity and wide range of applications.

The conveying capacity ranges from 100 to 1,000 m³/h. In addition to ordinary powdered and fine granular materials, the elevator can also handle relatively abrasive materials at temperatures below 200°C.

2. Low drive power requirement.

The elevator adopts inflow feeding and gravity-assisted discharge, together with closely spaced, large-capacity buckets. During material conveying, there is virtually no material backflow or scooping, resulting in approximately 30% lower power consumption than conventional round-link chain bucket elevators.

3. Long service life.

The inflow feeding design eliminates the need for the buckets to scoop material and minimizes squeezing and impact between particles. The elevator is designed to minimize material spillage during feeding, lifting, and discharge, thereby reducing mechanical wear. High-strength, wear-resistant plate-type conveying chains are used to extend the service life of both the chains and buckets.

4. Excellent sealing and reliable operation.

The elevator provides excellent sealing performance, helping to minimize dust leakage and environmental pollution. Advanced design principles and manufacturing processes ensure reliable and stable operation of the entire machine.

5. High structural rigidity and precision.

The elevator features high structural rigidity and manufacturing precision, convenient operation and maintenance, fewer wear parts, and low overall operating costs.

Structure and Components

• The NSE Series Plate-Chain Bucket Elevator mainly consists of the conveying assembly, drive unit, head section, intermediate casing sections, and boot section.
• Conveying Assembly —Consists of buckets and bush roller chains.
• Drive Unit – Consists of a drive platform, drive assembly, and transmission chain. Two drive configurations are available:
  ① Chain Drive – Typically consists of a ZSY Series hardened-gear reducer (or JZQ Series reducer), YOX hydraulic coupling, Y Series motor, XWD reducer, and electromagnetic clutch (or manual clutch).
  ② Direct Drive – A right-angle hardened-gear reducer is directly coupled to the elevator main shaft, while the Y Series motor is connected to the reducer through a coupling.
• The drive unit is available in left-hand and right-hand configurations, corresponding to the left-hand and right-hand arrangements of the elevator.
• Left-Hand Configuration: When facing the feed inlet, the drive assembly is located on the left side.
• Right-Hand Configuration: When facing the feed inlet, the drive assembly is located on the right side.
• Head Section – Consists of the upper casing, top cover, discharge outlet with an anti-backflow plate, head shaft assembly, backstop, and other components.
• Intermediate Casing Sections – Include a support-equipped intermediate section connected to the head section, an intermediate section with an inspection door, standard intermediate sections (each 3.0 m high), and non-standard intermediate sections.
• Boot Section – Consists of the lower casing, feed inlet, tail shaft assembly, and tensioning device. A rotation detector and material level switch are available as optional accessories.
