The oil‑containing sludge (oil‑sludge sand) cleaning and separation device, developed and manufactured by Xinxiang Tongxin Vibration Machinery Co., Ltd., is ready for industrial-scale application. It achieves four‑phase separation of oil, sludge, sand, and water, thereby addressing the critical bottleneck in the treatment of oil sludge and oil‑sludge sand generated during oilfield operations such as production, gathering and transportation, and refining. The technology has already been deployed at project sites in Jingbian County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, and Anse District, Yan’an City, Shaanxi Province.
