Product Overview
The ring hammer crusher is suitable for medium and fine crushing of medium‑hardness materials such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc., in industrial sectors including mining, cement, coal, metallurgy, building materials, and highways. The ring hammer crusher breaks materials through collision with high‑speed rotating hammers. It features a simple structure, large crushing ratio, and high production efficiency, and can be used for both dry and wet crushing. The gap of the grate bars can be adjusted according to user requirements to change the discharge particle size, meeting the different needs of various users. The main working component is the rotor equipped with hammers (also called hammer heads). The rotor consists of a main shaft, discs, pins, and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed within the crushing chamber. Material is fed into the machine from the upper feed opening and is crushed under the actions of impact, shearing, and grinding by the high‑speed moving hammers. A screen plate is installed below the rotor. Particles smaller than the screen opening size pass through the screen plate and are discharged; larger coarse particles are retained on the screen plate and continue to be impacted and ground by the hammers until they finally pass through the screen plate and exit the machine.
