The main working component is a rotor equipped with hammers. The rotor consists of a main shaft, discs, pin shafts, and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed inside the crushing chamber. Material enters the crusher through the upper feed inlet and is crushed by the impact, shearing, and grinding action of the rapidly rotating hammers. A screen plate is installed beneath the rotor. Particles smaller than the screen openings pass through the screen plate and are discharged, while oversized particles are retained on the screen plate and continue to be impacted and ground by the hammers until they reach the required particle size, after which they pass through the screen plate and are discharged from the crusher.
