Product Overview
The aggregate production line is a complete set of equipment for producing construction sand, crushed stone, and stone powder. It consists of feeders, heavy-duty impact hammer crushers, sand making machines, heavy-duty vibrating screens, sand washing machines, and belt conveyors connecting them into an integrated production line. After materials enter the heavy-duty impact hammer crusher, they are crushed through the "rock-on-rock" and "rock-on-iron" crushing principles. The design features no grate bars, allowing materials with moisture content below 15% to be processed. The entire crushing process is simplified with a large crushing ratio, enabling large feed materials up to 1 meter to be crushed to below 70 mm in a single pass, and ideal particle shapes are obtained through vibrating screening.
Application Range
The aggregate production line is mainly suitable for crushing and shaping of soft to medium-hard materials. It is widely used in various ores, cement, refractories, bauxite clinker, emery, glass raw materials, manufactured construction sand, stone materials, etc. For brittle materials such as limestone and bluestone, it offers a larger crushing ratio than other types of crushers, produces better finished particle shapes, and is easy to maintain. With the same investment, its output far exceeds that of other crushers.

Process Flow for 800‑1000 t/h Aggregate Production Line
Large stones from the hopper are evenly fed by a vibrating feeder into the primary crusher (heavy-duty impact hammer crusher) for coarse crushing. The coarse crushed stones are then conveyed by belt conveyor to the secondary crusher (hammer crusher) for further crushing. The finely crushed stones are then sent by belt conveyor to a vibrating screen for screening, producing two types of finished materials. Stones meeting the size requirement are conveyed by finished product belt conveyor to the stockpile; stones not meeting the size requirement are returned by belt conveyor to the secondary crusher for re‑crushing. The re‑crushed materials are sent to the next screen for screening, forming a closed‑loop multi‑cycle process. The final particle size can be combined and graded according to user requirements. Auxiliary dust collection equipment can be added for environmental protection.
