Product Overview

The compound oscillating screen and the suspended compound screen are high‑efficiency screening machines designed to meet the demands of large‑scale production and high‑precision classification. The simplest form of screening is two‑eyed, two‑hand screening; the suspended compound screen is a mechanical emulation of this process. Its design effectively replicates the principles underlying manual screening, handling powders and particulate materials across all fine and ultrafine size ranges, and is particularly well suited for materials that are difficult to process.

Scope of Application

An efficient screening device suitable for a wide range of industries, including chemicals, plastics, grain, food processing, chemical engineering, biotechnology, sugar production, salt manufacturing, monosodium glutamate (MSG) production, starch processing, activated carbon production, silicon carbide manufacturing, soda ash production, citric acid production, ceramic proppant production, mineral processing, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, building materials, papermaking, and more.

Structural Principle

1. The motor drives the exciter to perform circular motion via a belt.

2. The vibrator drives the screen box to perform reciprocating motion. At the feed end, the screen body follows a horizontal circular trajectory.

3. Along the length of the screen, the trajectory gradually transitions to an elliptical shape; the regular, frequency‑controlled motion ensures uniform distribution of the material across the screening surface. As the material reaches the discharge end, its trajectory shifts to a reciprocating linear motion.

4. The composite screen enables automatic material classification and is a new type of screening equipment: finer particles pass through the screen openings and exit the screen surface, while coarser particles remain on the screen and move toward the discharge end along the screen surface.

5. During operation, the absence of vertical vibration results in reduced stress on the screen mesh, minimizing wear and tear while preserving the material’s original shape.

6. The equipment is equipped with an automatic screen-cleaning system; during the screening process, bouncing elastic balls effectively prevent material from clogging the screen openings, ensuring optimal screening performance.

7. The specific motion mode imposes virtually no vertical impact loads on the equipment foundation, significantly reducing damage to both the foundation and the structure.

8. The fully enclosed structural design features dust‑proof covers equipped with dust‑extraction ports that connect to on‑site dust‑removal pipelines, thereby improving the working environment and meeting environmental protection requirements.
