Product Overview

The composite swing screen and suspended composite screen are high-efficiency screening machines designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of high-capacity, high-precision screening. The simplest form of screening involves observing the material with the eyes while sieving it by hand, and the suspended composite screen mechanically simulates this manual screening process. Its design effectively replicates the principles of manual screening motion and is suitable for a wide range of fine and ultrafine powders and particulate materials, especially materials that are difficult to process.

Applications

Suitable for high-efficiency screening in a wide range of industries, including chemicals, plastics, grain, food, chemical processing, biotechnology, sugar production, salt production, monosodium glutamate (MSG), starch, activated carbon, silicon carbide, soda ash, citric acid, ceramic granules, mineral processing, pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, building materials, and papermaking.

Operating Principle

1. The motor drives the vibration exciter through a belt, causing it to move in a circular motion.

2. The vibration exciter drives the screen box in a reciprocating motion. At the feed end, the screen body follows a horizontal circular motion.

3. Along the length of the screen, the motion trajectory gradually changes into an elliptical motion. The regular, controlled motion allows the material to spread evenly across the screen surface. When the material reaches the discharge end, the motion trajectory changes into a reciprocating linear motion.

4. The composite screen is a new type of screening equipment capable of automatically grading materials. Smaller particles pass through the screen openings, while larger particles remain on the screen surface and move along it toward the discharge end.

5. During operation, the absence of vertical amplitude reduces the stress on the screen mesh, making it less susceptible to damage while helping maintain the original shape of the material.

6. The equipment is equipped with an automatic screen-cleaning system. During the screening process, continuously bouncing elastic balls effectively prevent material from clogging the screen openings, ensuring consistent screening performance.

7. Due to its specific motion pattern, the equipment generates almost no vertical impact load on the foundation, greatly reducing its impact on the foundation and surrounding structures.

8. The equipment features a fully enclosed structural design. The dust cover is equipped with a dust extraction port that can be connected to the on-site dust collection system, helping improve the working environment and meet environmental protection requirements.
