Product Overview
The XGZ type cast stone scraper conveyor is suitable for sealed conveying of powdery, granular, small block, and mixed materials at temperatures below 250°C. It is mainly used for horizontal transportation, and can also be used for inclined conveying. The conveying inclination angle is generally 20°. The upper chain cast stone scraper conveyor is suitable for a 30° inclination angle. The cast stone scraper conveyor has a simple structure. When used for horizontal transportation, it can be divided into single-layer and double-layer transportation. It is easy to install and maintain and can have multiple feeding and discharging points. The cast stone scraper conveyor is a dry conveying method. The cast stone scraper conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials with high viscosity or brittle materials requiring low breakage rates. The bottom plate is laid with cast stone plates (granite or bluestone) with a thickness of about 20mm, which is more wear-resistant than conventional scraper conveyor bottom plates and has a longer service life. This machine consists of a head section, transition section, intermediate section, scraper device, tail section, and drive unit. Its maximum selection length is 60-80m. Multiple inlet and outlet ports can be arranged in the middle of the machine for convenient feeding and discharging. It is commonly used in mining, metallurgy, coal mines, chemical, and other industries for conveying materials with no excessive moisture content requirements, with a system particle size below 300mm.
