Product Overview

The circular vibrating screen uses an eccentric shaft as the excitation source. When the motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate, it induces a circular motion—upward, forward, downward, and backward—in the screen, enabling the material to pass uniformly and rapidly through the screen mesh, thus completing the screening process. It is ideally suited for screening sand and gravel at quarries and can also be used in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, power generation, and the chemical industries for product classification. The equipment primarily consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and vibration‑damping springs. The vibrator is mounted on the side plates of the screen box and is driven by the motor via a coupling, generating centrifugal inertial forces that cause the screen box to vibrate. In this series of vibrating screens, the screen mesh is the main wear part. Depending on the material type and customer requirements, high‑manganese steel woven meshes, perforated plates, or rubber plates may be employed; these plates are available in single‑layer or double‑layer configurations, all designed to deliver high screening efficiency, long service life, and resistance to clogging. This series of vibrating screens is installed on a base, and the screen surface inclination can be adjusted by changing the height of the spring support brackets. The motor can be mounted on either the left or right side of the screen frame.

Technical Features

The vibrator employs either an electric motor coupled with a coupling or an eccentric block‑type design with adjustable amplitude, delivering strong excitation force. The screen beam is fastened to the screen box using high‑strength bolts, eliminating the need for welding. The screening machine features a simple structure, enabling quick and convenient maintenance. A flexible coupling ensures smooth operation. It offers high screening efficiency, large processing capacity, long service life, low energy consumption, and reduced noise levels.

Widely used in coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, hydropower, light industry, and construction for dry material classification, this equipment features high vibration intensity, large processing capacity, and excellent screening efficiency. The circular vibrating screen in this series exhibits a circular motion trajectory of the screen box, making it suitable for screening coal, limestone, crushed stone, sand and gravel, metallic and non-metallic ores, and other materials.

1. Circular vibrating screens are available in two structural configurations: open‑type and enclosed‑type. This series of vibrating screens is offered in light‑duty and heavy‑duty versions, suitable for screening materials across different particle size ranges. When selecting a model, please specify the voltage standard and indicate whether explosion‑proof requirements apply.

2. Equipment can be installed in various configurations, including pedestal-mounted, suspended, or a combination of both. The vibrating screen can be mounted on the left or right side: when the motor is positioned on the left side relative to the material flow direction, it is designated as left‑mounted; when on the right side, it is right‑mounted.

3. This series of vibrating screens is available with either metal or rubber screen panels; the screen type and aperture size are to be specified by the customer at the time of order.
