Product Overview
The toothed roller crusher, also known as the double-toothed roller crusher, derives its name from its primary crushing components—two toothed rollers—and is primarily used for crushing ores. It features safety and reliability, high efficiency with low energy consumption, uniform particle size, and convenient maintenance. The crushed material exhibits consistent particle size and a low rate of over‑crushing, making it suitable for medium- and fine‑grinding of medium‑hard and soft ores. This equipment is well suited to industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical processing, and building materials, and is particularly ideal for crushing raw coal (including gangue) in large coal mines or coal preparation plants.
The double-tooth roll crusher mainly consists of a roll assembly, roll-support bearings, a pressing and adjusting mechanism, and a drive unit.
