Product Overview
TD‑type bucket elevators (belt‑type bucket elevators) are suitable for the vertical conveyance of powdery, granular, and small lump materials with low abrasiveness, such as grain, coal, cement, and crushed ore. The TD series bucket elevators feature a simple structure, smooth operation, scoop‑type loading, and centrifugal‑gravity discharge, with a maximum material temperature not exceeding 60°C. The TD‑type bucket elevator is available with four types of buckets: Q‑type (shallow bucket), H‑type (curved‑bottom bucket), ZD‑type (medium‑deep bucket), and SD‑type (deep bucket).
Basic Structure
The TD bucket elevator consists of a running section (buckets and traction belt), an upper section with a drive drum, a lower section with a tension drum, an intermediate casing, a drive unit, and an anti‑backdrive braking device. It is suitable for vertically conveying loose, non‑abrasive or mildly abrasive bulk materials—such as coal, sand, coke fines, cement, and crushed ore—with a bulk density of 1.5 t/m³ in powder, granular, or small lump form.
Key features: wide lifting range, excellent sealing, and minimal environmental pollution. It employs inflow feeding and induced discharge, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.

Deep buckets are used for conveying dry, loose, and readily dischargeable materials, such as cement, coal lumps, crushed stone, and quartz sand.
