Product Overview

Wire‑rope‑core rubber‑belt bucket elevators feature high conveying capacity, compact dimensions, low power consumption, smooth and reliable operation, and a long service life. They are suitable for the vertical lifting of dry, bulk powdered materials and are widely used in bulk material handling systems across industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical engineering, grain processing, and power generation. These elevators serve as an ideal replacement for imported counterparts of the same specifications, particularly for feeding raw meal into kilns at the kiln tail end of modern dry‑process cement plants, as well as for loading raw meal homogenization silos and cement storage bins.

Technical Performance Features

1. Wide range of applications: It can handle various powdered, granular, and lump materials (≤30 mm), with a material temperature not exceeding 120°C.

2. High lifting height. Thanks to the high strength and smooth operation of wire‑rope belts, a single‑unit hoist can achieve a lifting height of up to 100 meters.

3. Significant capacity increase. The range of the increase is 32 m³/h to 686 m³/h.

4. Long service life, smooth and reliable operation, excellent sealing, and no environmental pollution.

5. Low power consumption—compared with conventional elevators, it saves more than 30% of energy.

6. Easy to operate and maintain, with fewer wear parts, resulting in maintenance costs that are more than 80% lower than those of conventional bucket elevators.

Structural Composition

The wire‑rope‑core belt bucket elevator consists of an upper section, a middle casing, a lower section, traction components such as the conveyor belt with buckets, a drive unit, and an outdoor maintenance platform.

1. Lower section: Composed of the feed inlet, lower casing, idler wheel assembly, and tensioning device.

2. Middle housing (for maintenance): One section per unit, used for installing and servicing traction components.

3. Mid-section casing (anti‑misalignment): Typically, one is installed every five mid-section casings.

4. Connecting plate: Typically, one is installed every two sections of the middle casing.

5. Middle housing (standard): L = 1.5 m.

6. Mid-section casing (non-standard), with a length ranging from 0.5 to 2 meters. It is typically installed at the mid-section of the first or second section in the upper zone.

7. The upper section comprises the upper housing and the drive drum assembly.

8. Drive unit: Composed of an electric motor, a vertical‑shaft reducer, a hydraulic coupling, a backstop device, and a slow‑speed drive mechanism.
