Product Overview

The GZ series electromagnetic vibrating feeders are widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical processing, power generation, and grain handling. They are designed to deliver lump, granular, and powdered materials uniformly and continuously, or in precise quantities, from storage bins or other receiving equipment to downstream processing units. These feeders are well suited for automated batching, quantitative packaging, and process control. For example, they can be used to feed belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and vibratory screening equipment; to supply crushers and pulverizers; and to support automated batching and quantitative packaging. They can also be integrated into automated control systems, enabling full automation of production processes.

Product Features

This series of electromagnetic vibratory feeders features a compact footprint, low noise, light weight, high operating frequency, and reduced power consumption, making it well suited for integrating into automated production lines. It offers stepless adjustment of the feed rate, can be started frequently and run continuously under rated voltage and amplitude conditions, and is easy to install and maintain. During operation, the feeder allows adjustment of the excitation force to modulate and control the flow rate, ensuring convenient regulation, stable throughput, low noise, and minimal energy consumption, with no material surging. Additionally, the unit is lightweight, space‑saving, and simple to service; when equipped with a sealed enclosure, it effectively prevents dust spillage and environmental contamination.
